1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the auction period for the year 2012-13 has already been over by efflux of time and he has no instructions. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

4. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a
