Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime on 8th February, 2022 the accused namely, Abhijit Patra has already been apprehended, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
