This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Filing the Writ Petition, the Petitioner alleges that in spite of an order being passed by the Tahasildar for eviction of the persons named therein since 19.10.2020 and further a representation being made by the Petitioner to give effect of such direction, there is no compliance of such direction as of now.

Considering the limited request, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is no legal impediment in implementing the direction of the Tahasildar, vide Annexure-10, the direction therein may be worked out by completing the entire

// 2 // exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
