Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The I.A. has been filed seeking release of the petitioner on interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother. A medical certificate has been enclosed to the I.A., which shows that the petitioner's mother is suffering from chronic LBA and needs further investigation and higher treatment.

Considering the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for interim bail. Let the petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his actual release. 5.
After expiry of the aforesaid period of one month, the petitioner shall surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter, failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production.

I.A. is disposed of.

List the BLAPL on 23rd June, 2022. Surrender certificate be filed in the meantime.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
