Heard Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that in the meantime, Dharmasala P.S. Case No.126 dated 08.03.2022 has already been registered under Sections 420/506 I.P.C. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
