1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.A. Nayeem, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Palai, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. This transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. No. 638 of 2020 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

4. Learned counsel for the Opp. Party submitted that the Opp. Party has no objection for transfer of the matter to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition as well as the decisions governing the field, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer as made in the transfer petition. Accordingly, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to transfer C.P. No. 638 of 2020 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur forthwith on receipt of this order.
