The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the Interim Order dated 16.08.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in M.P. No. 630 (C) of 2018 arising out of O.A. No. 3649 (C) of 2018.

Since against the Interim Order passed by the Tribunal, the Petitioners have approached this Court in the present Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. However, it is open to the Petitioners to pursue the main case, which is pending before this Court after abolition of the Tribunal.
