Heard learned counsel for the State.

Challenging his disengagement as Home Guard in the year 1992, the petitioner preferred an appeal in 2012 vide Annexure-1 dated 10.12.2012.

The Commandant General, Home Guards, Odisha, Cuttack (Opposite party No.2) as the Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal inter alia, on the ground that the same was preferred after a lapse of two decades.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. 6.

Considering the materials on record, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order at Annexure-1. 7.
