This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

The Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376(1), 354, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3(1)(f), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of S.C. & S.T.(PA) Act in Spl. G.R.Case No.06 of 2022 of the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kendrapara, arising out of Pattamundai P.S.Case No.26 of 2022.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and fact of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is given liberty to surrender before the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special
// 2 // Judge, Kendrapara in the aforesaid case within 21 days and apply for bail. On such event, learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kendrapara shall consider his application and dispose of the same on the same day in accordance with law. Case diary be made available to the concerned court on the relevant date. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
