Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, his client complained on 2nd December 2021, which was registered as FIR. However, thereafter no action by the police. 2.

Mr. Panda learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the complaint was lodged and FIR registered. Statutory period of investigation has not expired. On query from Court, he summits, investigation is under way and arrest will be made.
