This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.1083 of 2020 arising out of Ersama P.S. Case No.240 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ersama for alleged commission of offences under sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // submitted that there are as many as three criminal antecedents against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has taken away all the important records of the society in which he was working as Secretary and he is not appearing in the police station to cooperate with the investigation in spite of the interim bail order passed in his favour on 08.03.2021 and he is absconding.
In view of the nature and gravity of the accusation against the petitioner, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and moves for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned for adjudication of the bail application.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
