2. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties-State submits that in the light of this Court's order dated 24.11.2022, the appeals have been filed by the writ petitioners in the Court of Member Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack. He submits that all such appeals shall be decided by the end of March, 2024.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The time allowed by this Court by an order dated 24.11.2022 is hereby extended to 31.03.2024.
