Annexure-3, the impugned order involved herein since appealable, this writ petition is not entertainable. Petitioner if has any grievance in the entertainability of the subsequent encroachment case in the pendency of the appeal involving a first round of encroachment case, it will be open to the petitioner to raise such allegation in the appeal. Provided an appeal is filed within a period of seven days hence, same may be entertained and the I.A., if any, there be considered. Till then, status quo involving the disputed property involving both the parties as on date be maintained.
