ORDER
16.03.2022 Order No.
03.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.12.2011 under Annexure-3 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.1194 (C) of 1993, rejecting the claim of the petitioner with regard to grant of trained graduate scale of pay, but during pendency of the writ petition, the benefit has already extended to him from October 2020. Thereby, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.
3.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. Ashok /Sukanta ...........................
