Heard Mr.A.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime Choudwar P.S. Case No. 75 dated 15.2.2022 has already been registered in connection with the complaint of the petitioner under Annexure-1 for commission of offences under Sections 323, 294, 420, 379, 506 & 507 I.P.C., Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
