Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court finds, there is no improvement involving the case requiring entertaining the bail request. There is submission on behalf of the Petitioner that there is already commitment. Considering the position of the matter, this Court directs the trial court for expediting the trial in C.T. No.89/2018 by completing the exercise within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. 3.

BLAPL stands rejected but however with the above direction.
