1. The Petitioner purchased the land in question prior to its cancellation by the impugned order dated 31st March, 1998 passed by the ADM, Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.153 of 1998. On that short ground, the impugned order is set aside. The aforementioned revision case is restored to the file of ADM, Bhubaneswar where it will be listed on 8th September, 2022. The Petitioner will appear before the ADM along with a downloaded copy of this order. The ADM will endeavour to dispose of the revision petition in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter. Status quo shall be maintained till then.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
