Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the office order dated 09.011.2021 under Annexuer-5 issued by opposite party no.2, by which he has been disengaged from the post of Gram Rozgar Sevak on the ground of gross negligence and misconduct in performing the Govt. duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that while passing the impugned office order dated 09.011.2021 under Annexuer-5, opposite party no.2 has not complied with the principle of natural justice. 5.

On perusal of the records, it appears that notice for

show-cause was issued and the petitioner filed his reply, which was found to be dissatisfactory. Therefore, no ground subsists to assail the order of disengagement. Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
