This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The only grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is for a direction to the State Education Tribunal to dispose of the GIA Case No.19 of 2021 pending before him within a stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel appearing for the School & Mass Education Department submits that the GIA case has been filed by the Petitioner recently.

5.

However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the State Education Tribunal to make an endeavour to dispose of GIA Case No.19 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of production of this order.

With the aforesaid order the writ application is disposed of. 7.
