This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The sole grievance of the present Petitioner is that the authorities are not implementing the order of the learned Tribunal passed in O.A.No.1465(C) of 2017 dated 08.09.2017. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the aforesaid order has not been challenged further. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the benefit accruing under the aforesaid order has also been extended by the Government to the similarly situated other persons. If that is so then the Petitioner should not have been deprived of the benefit accruing under the said order and that will clearly amount to discrimination. 5.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.1 is directed to carry out the order dated 08.09.2017 passed in O.A.No.1465(C) of

// 2 // 2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
