Heard Mr. D.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the final gradation list of Asst. MVI as on 01.11.2021 and claiming seniority over and above serial nos.6, 7 and 17 without impleading them parties, the writ petition suffers from non-joinder of proper parties and is held to be not maintainable. 4.
However, in course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with
certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
