This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 04.02.2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently the number of the case has been wrongly reflected as 'C.T. Case No.15 of 2020' instead of 'Special C.T. Case No.15 of 2020'. Further the date of surrender granted to the Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as '04.02.2022'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to correct the order dated 04.02.2022.

Considering the submission made, 'C.T. Case No.15 of 2020' be corrected as 'Special C.T. Case No.15 of 2020'. Further, this Court directs the Petitioner shall surrender before the trial court on or before 28.02.2022. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. is accordingly allowed.
