This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.N. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to reinstate him in service within a specific period by allowing him to continue under opposite party no.3.
4. As it appears, opposite party no.3-Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha vide Annexure-14 dated 18.12.2021 has recommended to opposite party no.1. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same taking into consideration Annexures-6, 7 & 9.
5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite
party no.1 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-14 dated 18.12.2021 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-6, 7 and 9 within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of this order.
6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
