1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for impleading the left out accused persons in the P.S. Case No.104 of 2012 at Police Station Bansada.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
