Even though the petitioner claims for appointment against Group-C post and on his representation, since he has been given appointment in Class-IV post under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme and he has accepted the same, he cannot claim a higher post in future under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme. Therefore, the tribunal has rightly declined to entertain the relief sought by the petitioner. 3.

In view of such position, this Court does not find any error in the order dated 05.04.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.4022(C) of 2012. The writ petition accordingly merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
