Undisputedly, there has been disposal of representation as directed by this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.16307 of 2021. The Petitioner expresses his dissatisfaction on the ultimate action of the Authority. For the opinion of this Court, such aspect is not within the domain of the Contempt Court.

The Contempt Petition thus stands disposed of. The Petitioner, if so aggrieved by the action of the Authority, may find other option available.
