Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner of furnishing cash security of Rs.20,000/- 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that because of severe financial constraints, the petitioner is unable to arrange the required funds for the above purpose and therefore, despite being granted bail since more than a month back, he is still languishing in jail custody. As such, he has prayed for modification of the condition of furnishing cash security t.

Learned Addl. Standing counsel fairly submits that having regard to the submissions made, the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions as above, the I.A. is allowed. The order dated 20.05.2022 passed in BLAPL No.752 of 2022

is modified only to the extent that instead of cash security of Rs.20,000/-, the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.10,000/- with all other conditions remaining intact. 7.

I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
