1. Since learned A.S.C. has already received the copy, the defect is ignored.
2. Heard Mr. J.K. Majhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
3. The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Basta to conclude the trial in C.T. Case No.1594 of 2010 arising out of Singla P.S. Case No.145, dated 27.09.2010 within a stipulated time.
4. Considering such limited grievance of the Petitioner, the CRLMC is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Basta to conclude the trial, i.e. C.T. Case No.1594 of 2010 arising out of Singla P.S. Case No.145, dated 27.09.2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably by end of November, 2022 and the Petitioner is directed to cooperate in the same.
