Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is therefore most humbly prayed that this BHon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, issue notice to the opp. Parties and after giving opportunity to both the parties of being heard, may issue writ in the nature of mandamus to opposite parties in the interest of justice. And/or be pleased to pass any other order/orders as it may deemed just and proper.

And for the said act of kindness, the Petitioner, as in duty bound shall every pray."

For the selfsame ground, Annexure-5 series appear to be pending. In view of such pendency, this Court directs O.P.1 to consider the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-5 series and take decision, as appropriate, by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of
