Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Against the notice of show cause dated 23.07.2013, the petitioner has approached this Court. As such, against notice of show cause, the writ petition is not maintainable. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
