Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into account the recitals in the I.A. No. 889 of 2022 with a joint affidavit for quashing the criminal preceding which is the subject matter of the present lis. 4.
The order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar dated 28.02.2022 in Civil Proceeding No. 731 of 2021 under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, passing a decree of divoce by dissolving the marriage between the parties filed by the learned counsel for petitioner is taken on record. 5.
Considering the submissions made, since no useful purpose will be served in allowing the proceeding to continue, and in tune with the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Ors. Vrs. The State of Gujarat and Anr., reported in AIR 2017
SC 4843, the proceeding in connection with C.T. Case No. 790 of 2020 arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020, on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, stands quashed in respect of the Petitioner in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 6.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
