This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the opposite parties and after hearing both the parties this Hon'ble Court further be pleased to issue writ/direction :- (i) To quash the work orders issued by op. no.4 under Annexure 2 to construct the GP office and quarter.

(ii) To the opposite party no.4 to pass an order to execute the works under annexure-2 through Palli sabha as per the resolution and guidelines under Annexure-1. And (iii) Any other writ/ writs, direction/ directions, order/ orders deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.3, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
