Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow the special examination as prescribed from year to year basis and conduct the examination within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representations before opposite party no.2-Vice Chancellor, BPUT, Rourkela vide Annexures-5 & 6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of taking into consideration Clause 4.5 of the University Guideline Curriculum vide Annexure-4 series within a stipulated time. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-5 & 6 taking into consideration Clause 4.5 of the University Guideline Curriculum vide Annexure-4 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with

law within a period of six weeks from the date of production/communication of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
