1. Heard Mr. A. Kamal, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. K. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The limited prayer of the Petitioner in the present application is for a direction to the learned trial court for early completion of the trial.

3. Upon hearing both the parties, this Court directs the learned trial court, i.e. Asst. Sessions Judge (Special Track Court), Koraput to complete the trial in C.T. Case No.24 of 2017 arising out of Bhairab Singhpur P.S. Case No.6 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
