Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner since did not approach for settlement in terms of Section-8A of the OPLE Act and undisputedly, in the meantime, there has been several findings holding the Petitioner as Encroacher, not only that the Petitioner has also gone on depositing penalties on several occasions being imposed by the Competent Authority. 3.
In the circumstance, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to undertake exercise under Section 8-A of the OPLE Act at appropriate time.

The Writ Petition thus stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
