2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the cognizance order dated 12.01.2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur in C.T. Case No.1246 of 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this petition but liberty may be given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions available to him at the time of framing of charge.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
