The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2022 in connection with P.R. No.33/2011-22 of Excise Range, Kantabanji corresponding to 2(a)CC No. 1 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Kantabandji for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act.

Having regard to the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
