This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
On consideration of report for establishing an agro based industry, the Sugo Branch of UCO Bank, Jaleswar in the district Balasore sanctioned Term Loan and Cash Credit Loan of which the Petitioner, proprietors of M/s. Jaylalita Feds availed loan of Rs.19,50,000/-. On account of natural calamity, causing damage to the business, there was financial indiscipline in repayment of loan leading to issuance of notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAEISI Act, 2002.

The Petitioner in the writ petition has approached this Court for a direction to the Opposite Parties to waive the interest in view of damage being caused to the Petitioner's Unit due to natural calamity.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for the Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 4th August, 2022 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, as the matter has been settled through OTS involved in the matter. The said memo is taken on record. 5.
In view of the memo for withdrawal, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
