The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.104 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/506/469/500/509 IPC and Section 66(C) of the Information Technology Act has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11825 of 2021, which was disposed of vide order dated 05.10.2021 on merit. The Petitioner has again approached this Court seeking pre-arrest bail in this application. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
