Heard Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant and disburse all retiral benefits including pension to the petitioner within a stipulated period. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in compliance to the order dated 12.03.2021 the petitioner has furnished all necessary documents to the Section Officer, Estt-IV (Pension Section) for preparation of Pension Paper, however till date no action has been taken.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 under whom the Section Officer, Estt-IV is working to consider the same and pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of the order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
