1. Heard Mr. D.R. Sundaray, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. S. Mishra, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party No.2.

2. Keeping in view the pendency of earlier CRLMC No.1985 of 2019, I am not inclined to entertain the present CRLMC.

3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.

4. It is open for the Petitioners to seek appropriate course of action in CRLMC No.1985 of 2019.

5. The certified copies under Annexure-5 series be returned to the Petitioners on proper substitution.
