Against refusal to grant interim order vide order dated 30.10.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in M.P. No. 1517 (C) of 2013 and M.P. No. 1518 (C) of 2013 arising out of O.A. No. 655 (C) of 2013, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition. 3.

It is stated that O.A. No. 655 (C) of 2013 has been disposed of by the tribunal in the meantime.

In view of disposal of the main case, no cause of action survives for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
