1. A statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has Order No.

been recorded. Learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms that the victim has married to the Petitioner of her own free will. They have also been blessed with a male child.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.1527 of 2011 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bhadrak and all consequential proceedings are hereby quashed. The petition is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
