The petitioner, working as CDPO under ICDS project, in the present Writ Petition vide W.P.(C) No. 20745 of 2012 has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ to quash an Order dated 18th October, 2012 passed by Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1456 of 2012.

3. The Odisha Administrative Tribunal in its order directed the Respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner for cancellation of her transfer order from Pattamundai, Dist- Kendrapara to Kankadahada, Dhenkanal and dispose the case within two weeks from receiving the copy of the order. However, the petitioner

// 2 // approached this Court challenging the order of the learned Tribunal dated 18th October, 2012.

4. At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to withdraw the Writ Petition as it has become infructuous.

5. In view of the above request, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
