This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No. 68 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khordha, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. 2.

Mr. P.P. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner submits the application may be permitted to be withdrawn as the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case. He undertakes to file a memo to that effect.

Considering the said submission, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.
