1. The Petitioner is a purchaser of the property in question from the original lessor by a registered sale deed dated 4th August, 1980. The impugned order cancelling the lease has been passed by the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.691 of 1998 on 30th June, 1998 without notice to the Petitioner.

2. On that short ground, the impugned order is hereby set aside. The Revision Case No.691 of 1998 is restored in the file of the ADM, Bhubaneswar and will be listed for hearing on 21st September, 2022 on which date the Petitioner will appear along with a downloaded copy of this order.

3. The Addl. District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar will proceed in accordance with law thereafter and after hearing the Petitioner, dispose of the revision case within a period of four months. Till

such time, the interim order passed by this Court on 15th January, 2013 will continue.
