Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner bringing to the notice of this Court that on the Petitioner's move involving clearing of administrative charges to the Muck Cleaning Workers Development Society, there has been illegal consideration of such issue and there is rejection of the Petitioner's claim by virtue of the impugned order under Annexuer-1. It is at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner taking this Court to the request submitted to the Authority having control over the Paradeep Port Trust to the Ministry has already submitted an objection pursuant to such rejection as appearing at Annexure-16.

Considering pendency of such objection and as this Court finds, there is some place for consideration of the case of the Petitioner at the instance of the Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Shipping, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.2 to consider, in the event of receipt of such complain of the Petitioner dated 29.6.2021 at Annexure-16, and take decision, as appropriate, taking into account the plea of the Petitioner taken in the Writ Petition. Let a copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition be communicated to O.P.2 by Speed Post with A.D., requisites for which shall be filed by the Petitioner within three days. 4.
