This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore, in C.T. Case No.852 of 2021, arising out of Chandipur P.S. Case No.81 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper with further conditions that he shall co-operate with the investigation as and when required and shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in every fortnight till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
