and result therein is already declared, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. This Court, therefore, directs, if the Petitioner is so advised, may approach under appropriate law. It is also open to the Petitioner to raise all such grounds raised in this writ petition in the election dispute, if any.
