This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Perused the F.I.R., case diary and other relevant documents on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while refusing to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 04.02.2022 in ABLAPL No.1088 of 2022, he was given liberty to surrender before the courts below within a twenty-one working days with a direction to the learned courts below to dispose of the bail application in course of the day according to law, if filed, by the petitioner. It is further submitted that due to some personal difficulties, the petitioner could not surrender within the time limit. Hence, extension of time has been prayed for. 4.

Considering the submissions, it is directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the order dated 04.02.2022, if he surrenders

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
